Appointment 1: FREE CONSULTATION

If Dr. Waldman determines that you are a good candidate for this treatment and you have decided that you are ready to move forward with dental implants a comprehensive exam, and diagnostic records (study models, full facial photos,etc.) will be taken. in addition, A CT scan of your jaw bones will also be arranged (applicable fees apply to these diagnostic records).
With the information provided by the photos and scans, Dr. Waldman will be able to study and create a customized treatment plan just for you.
Behind the scenes, Dr. Waldman is planning your final smile. With the integration of new digital technology, you can view your new smile online and even make suggestions for changes that you might wish to have.
Appointment 2: PRE-PROCEDURE REVIEW
At this appointment, Dr Waldman’s recommendations and findings are presented to you in a simple and easy to understand format. We will provide all the detailed information that will assist you in making an informed decision.
Should you wish to proceed with the treatment recommendations, you will meet with our Treatment Coordinator who will finalize your treatment plan and begin to prepare everything you’ll need for your procedure.
Appointment 3: DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE
This is the big day!!
When you wake up from your procedure, your dental implants will be in place and you’ll go home with a temporary set of teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. Imagine sleeping comfortably through the whole procedure and waking up to your new smile that you have already approved.
Appointment 4: POST PROCEDURE CHECK UP
It is important to keep in mind there is a recovery period following your dental implant procedure. Typically patients will be on a soft food diet for several weeks to a few months while their implants integrate into the bone of your jaws. During this time, most patients will return for several checkups to ensure that everything is healing properly; all post-op checkups are at no additional cost.
During the recovery phase, Dr. Waldman will review any esthetic or functional concerns. This is your opportunity to discuss any changes you wish to make from your temporary set of teeth. Dr. Waldman will review any desired changes and have them implemented so that you can have the smile of your dreams.
If you have remaining teeth in your opposing jaw, it is important to maintain any routine dental hygiene appointments during this time.
RECEIVE YOUR PERMANENT TEETH
This is the final step!
When your mouth has finished healing (usually around six months after your treatment appointment) and your new dental implants have stabilized, we will replace your temporary teeth with your new permanent teeth.
